Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made on or before the first day of the Symposium. Payments not made until on/after the symposium date will be due at the full, onsite conference rate. If you intend to pay by purchase order, it must be authorized by Alta Plana in advance. Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge. Cancellations made on or prior to September 30, 2012 will incur a cancellation fee of $150. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after September 30, 2012 although we will gladly transfer your registration to another individual from your organization.

If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing.
